A new, and exciting igaming start-up is looking for a personable, professional, positive, and hard-working customer outreach associate to join their rapidly growing team. 
The role is fully remote; however, you will be required to work 3 days a week in the Canadian time zone as our client focuses on the French-Canadian market and have a huge growth plan for Canada.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• You will be responsible for reaching out by telephone/email to selected  customers to offer assistance in depositing funds to their account, ensuring that customers are satisfied with our services, offering guidance in using our client's site / App, and letting customers know about additional products/promotions

• As a customer outreach associate you are genuinely excited to help customers. You are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, maximize player retention, and maintain high customer satisfaction

• You must be Bilingual, French & English, and available for scheduled shifts 5 days out of 7 anytime during the week. This is a remote position, computer with high-speed internet connection and a good quality headset are required

• There will be opportunity for advancement within the larger Customer Engagement Group if you desire and mainly if your work performance dictates it
• High school Diploma
• Bilingual, French & English (speaking and writing)
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and active listening skills
• Attentiveness and patience
• Ability to find the positive in any situation
• Desire to take initiative and go the extra mile to engage customers
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Track Record of overachieving quota
