A leading international iGaming brand is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join their thriving team. Working closely with the Head of Customer to implement the Voice of Customer strategy. *Hyrbid* 

Responsibilities 
  •  Work closely with the Head of Customer to implement the Voice of Customer strategy.
  •  Build, lead and develop a team of passionate customer experience execs to deliver SMART goals in line with our customer strategy.
  •  Define core KPIs for each specific voice of the customer channel in line with the strategy.
  •  Day-to-day management voice of customer channels, including implementing a clear response 
    strategy and then delivering the full feedback loop to customers.
  •  Responsible for all customer-facing surveys and feedback content.
  •  Develop processes for capturing, processing, and distributing customer feedback across the 
    business
The Candidate 
  • Must have experience in the iGaming sector. 
  •  Advocate customer centricity and constantly seek inspiration to improve customer experience.
  •  Proven experience working with customer insights and experience
  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred
  • An outstanding communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with a wide range of people across the business.
