The Role

This person will be in charge of developing a best in business online experience for the players. They will drive the digital product strategy and manage the product agenda through constant analysing and identifying changes that need to be made. They will hold commercial responsibility for the lifetime value of customers as well as help forecasting future trends. They will get involved in cross sell opportunities as well as identifying how to improve retention and conversion

The Person

This company are looking for someone who has had experience and success in implementing CEM experiences. They will be someone who enjoys stakeholder management and delivering on various projects at once. You must have had experience within the online casino industry previously and have an analytical and commercial mindset.
