Customer Engagements Executive – Canada, Remote
A fast-growing iGaming operator seeks a Customer Engagement Executive who will assist Customer Service Agents, to resolve any questions or doubts with their ability to speak both French and English

You will be faced with handling multiple tasks at any one time, you will coordinate with other agents to translate between English and French. You will report to the Customer Engagement manager to ensure you are resolving any customer issues quick whilst being effective.
We are looking for a self-driven candidate, who can work both individually and, in a team, while still handling any task to the highest standard. The right candidate will operate efficiently in fasted based, goal driven environment.
You will be tasked with following up with casino and sportsbook providers, regarding customer issues, provide continuous training to other customer service agents and provide weekly updates to the Customer Engagement Manager.
Required skills and experience
- You will have a passion for Sports Betting and Casino games.
- Bilingual in both French and English (Speaking and Writing).
- 1 year previous experience working in customer service.
