Ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience from a top-tier marketing team in the industry and/or 3-5 years of experience working for an online casino gaming company.

Extensive high-level client management experience

Evidence of academic and/or work background in digital marketing and the online gaming industry.

Strong experience and knowledge of the online US casino space.

Network and portfolio of existing casino affiliates.

Strong oral and written communication skills (English).

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Passion for casino. Sports and poker also a plus.

Demonstrated ability to execute projects and organize multiple work streams.

Ability to think outside the box Responsibilities and Duties

Primary responsibility and focus will be to drive acquisition efforts to the Standalone Casino brands. BetOnline.ag and Sportsbetting.ag will be secondary.

Recruitment of new casino affiliates.

Recruitment of current affiliates to promote standalone casino brands (Wild Casino, Super Slots, and High Roller).

Manage both new and existing affiliates to increase monthly revenues, FTDs and exposure.

Main focus and target will be affiliates with US and Canadian traffic with other markets being a secondary priority.

Explore new market opportunities for casino traffic

Monitoring and evaluating all affiliate deals to ensure profitability and analyzing ROI.

Working with the rest of the Acquisition team on ways to grow the overall business

Creating regular affiliate promotions, offers and incentives to keep existing affiliates active and growing.

Monthly newsletters and content.

Monthly reporting (Commissions, CPA, Rev-share, ROI, etc.)

Work with Marketing team on implementing strategy and targets within the online casino space.

Work closely with Standalone Casino Manager and analyze results, statistics, KPIs.

Establish and execute quarterly initiatives.
