You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the CRM tools with a focus on Reward products, acting as a super user and point of escalation for technical issue
- Experience in a similar role within the iGaming sector.
- Knowledge of Rewards tools (Loyalty systems, Tournaments, Algorithmically driven rewards, Bonuses, free bets, etc.
- Online Casino experience is a plus
