A leading iGaming company are ramping up their presence is Colombia and looking to add a CRM Manager to their start-up operations.
This person will own all customer communications and will be instrumental in building the CRM function from the ground up. This person will work strategically as well as being very hands on and will define and delivery the whole CRM strategy. They will get involved with a wide range of different customer communications as well as managing the data side of CRM and data protection. They will help the CRM experience become automated in time as well as developing clear frameworks for the future.
This company are looking for a very hands on CRM based marketer. They must be someone who had worked within CRM previously and understands how to set up CRM campaigns and processes and is comfortable working with data. They must have worked within a B2C business and have experience with writing customer communications. This person needs to be fluent in both English and Spanish
