CRM Manager

An amazing start-up is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to be responsible for the full CRM programme. Role is fully remote; however, he/she must be able to work on Canadian time zone.

Main duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
  • Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
  • Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
  • Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers

Must have:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a CRM role within the iGaming industry
  • Excellent communication skills, (spoken and written) in the English language. If you are fluent in the French language it would be considered an asset.
  • Flexible attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
