Responsibilities

  • Initiate and develop a marketing strategy for improving user performance and increase profitability.
  • Full responsibility from planning to execution.
  • Ability to create & execute targeted marketing campaigns for different segments.
  • Come up with creative and hard hitting Casino campaigns which actively engage customers.
  • Daily KPIs monitoring focusing on activity, retention & player value
  • Ongoing optimization of the daily CRM activities.
  • Proven ability of executing a full cycle CRM campaign: planning, testing, execution, analysis and optimization.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ Experience in Online (digital) marketing -a must!
  • Analytical capabilities –good Excel knowledge.
  • Professional level of general computer and software knowledge.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and tools.
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken- a must! Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in the field of Marketing/Business management/Industrial management/ Economics  - an advantage.
