A globally renowned iGaming brand is looking to add a CRM executive to a brand-new CRM team that is aiming to be the most progressive and effective CRM team in their group. This role is a great chance to be one of the first people through the door. They are looking to create global innovative solutions that drive value both for customers and the organisation through best-in-class automated communications. To qualify for this exciting opportunity you will need to be willing to relocate to Ceuta and have at least 1 year of experience in CRM.

The role will Include:
  • Collaborating with our commercial colleagues to ensure that their briefs are understood, prioritised and planned in ways that are efficient, effective and appropriate to the scale of potential return.
  • Delivering and executing personalised marketing to engage and retain customers, ensuring they stay with us longer, play with us more and recommend us.
  • Stretching the capabilities of our targeting and creative technology, to ensure customers have a best in class experience with us, no matter where in the world they are.
  • Ensuring that the needs of Spain are met within the guardrails of a scalable approach to communications, re-purposing and adapting rather than reinventing and duplicating.
The ideal Candidate will:
  • Have proven experience in CRM related, creative development environments.
  • Be able to Manage a range of media channels and CRM programmes that drive improved commercial performance.
  • Have experience working with ESPs.
  • Have previous experience with Moveable Ink technology or similar (ideally).
  • Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Have a good knowledge of CRM systems & processes.
  • Copywriting skills
  • Have a good knowledge of Email HTML & JavaScript to build Email Templates.
  • Be comfortable creating dynamic content using platforms such as Moveable Ink.
  • Be data literate and comfortable in using data to make better decisions.
  • Have an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand business reporting requirements, working closely with Analytics, to provide insights about campaign performance
  • Be familiar with GDPR & can navigate other regulatory requirements.
  • Be fluent in speaking English and native Spanish is desirable
