My Client in the iGaming industry is looking for a CRM Email Developer to join their brand-new office in Sofia.
You will manage the technical side of all their email operations. Tasks include but are not limited to creating email templates, writing queries, settings up automations and user journeys and managing the weath of data within Marketing Cloud.
In addition, CRM Developers are expected to have a holistic view of their apps and will use their varied technical expertise to assist a variety of teams and in different areas.
You must be well spoken/written, friendly, and eager to dive into a fast paced environment.
- Design and execute email templates, journeys, queries and automations in Marketing Cloud / Salesforce
- Manage large scale data within Marketing Cloud / Salesforce
- Utilize Salesforce API's to automate campaigns and tasks
- Anticipating potential problems or confusion for email campaigns
- Collaborating with multiple teams to address technical crises when they arise
- Identifying legitimate technical problems
- Thorough email and dev testing
- Cross training on other non-email related CRM Developer tasks using a variety of technologies
- Additional tasks and projects to align with business goals and needs
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Proficiency with HTML / CSS
- Proficiency with SQL
- Programming experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills from both technical and business perspectives
- Comfortable learning new technologies
- Proficiency with Python or other scripting language
- Linux Distributions and Shell Scripting experience
- Salesforce / Marketing Cloud experience is a plus but not required
