You will be responsible for the development and management of customer-focused relationships by executing Rewards campaigns across various brands and markets.
- CRM experience within the iGaming sector.
- Experience with Optimove, Silverpop/IBM, SMS providers or other similar CRM tools
- Experience with Reward mechanics: tournaments, loyalty systems, bonuses, free rounds, free bets.
