CRM Campaign Coordinator 

 

Duties

  • Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns directed at new and existing customers

  • Handling of lists and filters to ensure correct targeting

  • Executing communication send-outs (e-mail, SMS, on site messages etc)

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality campaigns are delivered on time

  • Being part of the CRM cycle as well as creating and proposing new ideas within the campaign management team as well as suggesting improvements to the customer journey

  • Provide relevant content to all involved teams including marketing, content coordination, social media and affiliate management

  • Analyse campaign results and provide timely reports to management

  • Provide campaign related communication across all levels of the company

  • Provide creative translations upon necessity

 

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in a related position within iGaming

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience of building and executing campaigns from A to Z

  • Excellent English language skills and another language ideally German will be considered advantageous

  • Understanding of ROI and KPI metrics

  • Previous experience with CRM as well as CMS systems

  • Well-organized personality with strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and creative skills

  • Curiosity and awareness about competitors and their actions

  • Eagerness to learn and develop with the company

  • Positive can-do attitude, proactivity and problem-solving skill
