A successful and thriving iGaming business are looking for a driven CRM Analyst to develop the CRM data and help provide the business with meaningful data in order to help boost the effectiveness of campaigns.
You will be responsible for the delivery of insightful and actionable analysis, and identifying key trends by setting up and maintaining reports and dashboards using various technical tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. You will also identify and assess CRM KPIs, working closely with CRM to continuously identify and assess the main CRM KPIs driving business growth and performance.
You will have:
- A good knowledge of SQL which includes SQL Query, functions and stored procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Good familiarity with Azure Analytics stack
- Industry experience with Power BI
- Ability to undertake analysis using SQL, Python, etc and understand how to deliver insightful reports and findings from data.
