A performance marketing business that is specialised in online sports betting is looking for a Creative Manager, to help them move their digital marketing creatives to the next level. As a Creative Manager, you will have an exceptional opportunity to work with the best minds in the industry while making an impact in the digital user acquisition space. You will work across multiple clients and products in a highly visible environment and your work will shape the direction of the marketing creatives. This is a people management role where you will directly manage internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

  • CREATE collateral requests, creative reporting templates and various design mockups
  • MANAGE 3rd party graphics designers, creative projects, and creative production funnels
  • COMMUNICATE creative specifications to external and internal stakeholders
  • DRIVE internal and external reporting and communication where appropriate
  • PERFORM creative advertising data analysis and internal reporting
  • RESEARCH the mobile app market and identify winning creative concepts that can attract mobile app users in an advertising form
  • BUILD new creative concepts and mockups based on quantitative and qualitative approach
  • DEFINE aesthetic elements and creative and iterate
