Director of International Growth - London / Malta / Remote
A dynamic, well funded and ambitious iGaming operator need to hire an individual who can help them build their international presence.
A brand new role within the company, as the Director of Growth your role will involve working with a large variety of teams & the C-Suite to ensure that there is a well thought-out growth strategy in place.
Your role will look at all areas including but not limited to:
- Marketing (mainly acquisition strategies working with the marketing team)
- Product (What products, what suppliers...)
- Commercial - Having a view on top line all the time
- Analysis & Insight
- Strategy - which markets, when, how and why
- The challenges
The client need someone who can balance being hands on with strategy, the company are circa 75 employees, still with a start-up mentality so you need to be willing to get involved at the beginning!
- iGaming experience in a managerial role
- ?Growth/New Market entry experience in more than just marketing
