Country Manager – India

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language is a must whilst proficiency in Hindi would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to adapt dialogues to different audiences.
  • iGaming experience with the Indian market is a must, as well as a background in a marketing role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills coupled with the experience or juggling multiple projects at once.
  • Sound understanding of metrics & data.

Duties:

  • From scratch adopting the site and its offering/campaigns/content for the Indian market.
  • Implementing a brand strategy and identity in India.
  • Plan/Coordinate and follow up media buying in India.
  • Evaluate the brand and competitors progress.
  • Coordination of relationships with CRM team, campaign team, product teams etc.
  • Take lead on external activities regarding VIP-treatment (actual send outs\events)
  • Take lead on affiliate negotiations when needed.
  • Assist all departments in all matters towards the Indian market.
  • Negotiations towards smaller and larger partners.
  • Responsible for keeping India’s budget in balance.
  • Responsible for reaching targets set for India.
