This company employs 1000+ staff across its global offices. In line with its current expansion plans and to due to the continued growth in the demand for its products, it is now seeking to employ a Country Manager to fully develop the African continent. You could be living pretty much anywhere in Africa, south of the Sahara. This company is considered a market leader in its particular sector, producing best in breed products for the gaming sector. It is an award winning organisation, renown for having produced quality products, and having a smart, inspirational and respected leadership team.
You can be based anywhere in sub - Saharan Africa. Reporting to a Commercial Manager based Europe, your focus will be to build effective relationships, and promote the company's full suite of products, to predominately the sports book operators, both land based/retail & online.
The role is predominately new business focussed, there will however be a handful of accounts to manage and leverage off.
You will be required to assist with formulating & then implementing the sales strategy for the region. You will also be expected to respond to bids and tenders. Building effective relationships, presenting, negotiating and then closing significant deals.
To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate that you have a proven track record in acquiring new business and knowledge, networks and relationships within the igaming sector (ideally with the sports betting operators ) in the region. You will also possess excellent communication skills, relationship building skills, negotiation skills and organisational skills .
