Chief Financial Officer

Working for an exciting and dynamic company that is at the forefront of their industry, the ideal candidate will have suitable experience working within a pro-active environment, having a structured, highly methodical approach to day to day tasks and strategic responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be required to manage finances for a group of companies across several different jurisdictions.


  • Full responsibility and accountability of delivering financial objectives and goals
  • Developing comprehensive strategies for improving financial business efficiencies
  • Working closely with trust and legal advisory companies
  • Manage relationships with payment service providers
  • Have a good understanding of the wider banking landscape and financial environments
  • Be involved in recruitment, staff appraisals and development
  • Manage the overall financials of a group of companies
  • Liaising with different entities to reconcile financials across the group of companies
  • Ensure strict compliance requirements are met, improved and enforced internally
  • Full Financial reporting to senior management



  • 12+ years suitable experience in corporate financial management
  • Excellent familiarity within the online market place and how websites work
  • Excellent knowledge of online payment methods and solutions
  • Strong background in creating/installing new business processes and SLAs
  • Be familiar with and enforcing internal regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent knowledge in efficient cash flow management
  • Worked with comprehensive accounting tools and software
  • Excellent knowledge of key tax planning principles, ensuring best practice and efficiencies
  • Degree or suitable qualification in Accounting, Finance or Economics



  • Be full of creative ideas and be able to deliver them in a timely manner
  • Be able to deliver precise and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Needs to be self-starter, reliable, highly motivated and take ownership of their role
  • Ensure an accurate and careful approach to all tasks
  • Be highly organized, working methodically and transparently
  • Fluent in English – Written and spoken
