Our client, an innovative fintech company based out of NY, is a high-growth company seeking a Chief Revenue Officer. Their business provides access to an API-driven and SaaS based cryptocurrency compliance platform. This CRO will lead the team through expansion, focusing on b2b accountants, big4, exchanges, tax professionals, and other large firms. Working alongside the CFO and strategy team on the next stages of the business’s evolution. The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter and leader, passionate about making connections between traditional finance and digital markets that enable growth for all.
This individual will help set the strategic vision for the future of digital, and translate that into actionable, quantitative plans for the overall organization so that they can track and measure performance against overarching strategic objectives. Having a Payments or crypto background crypto is a plus.
What You’ll Do

Oversee all the commercial/sales functions. Current team - 4 sales staff now

Scale the sales activity through new business acquisition

Translate the strategy of the organization into actionable, quantitative plans for the commercial function and each operating area of the firm - set budgets, KPIs and track performance
