An award winning, cutting edge and innovative online casino and bingo brand is looking to hire an experienced Casino Product Marketing Manager to help drive and develop their casino product marketing campaigns across all markets globally.
In collaboration with the relevant country managers, this role will require you to understand target markets and analyse insights on game verticals to create campaigns for new and existing games, including but not limited to, live casino, card/table games, gameshows and slots. Therefore we are looking for an individual with the experience in Casino Product Marketing and also the collaborative skills to work within a very global team.
The Casino Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for both all casino verticals and other 3rd party products and partnerships, including Safer Gambling.
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with analysts, marketing, business intelligence, country managers and various other teams to identify potential profitable game verticals and customer segments to ensure the company have the product and marketing strategy to support the development of those segments and game types (live casino, card/table games, gameshows and slots etc) and any new game verticals that may be introduced.
Collaborating with the design, marcomms, digital and operations teams, you will be responsible for managing the marketing campaigns from concept to execution, and creating and presenting post campaign analysis reports, as well as the reporting of promotions and agreed KPIs across the business.
You will also be required to work closely with the CRM teams to identify opportunities to promote network promotions, exclusive game launches, new supplier integrations and new features introduced on the platform.
Other responsibilities include:
App Store management ownership including copy and creative across iOS and Google Play store, with support from the product team ?and country managers
Market website and cashier enhancements as and when appropriate
Payment Solutions. Manage campaigns relating to new payment methods or new payment features
Manage Promotions and partnerships related to seasonal events or pop culture (eg. Safer gambling week, bespoke Christmas or seasonal events, or branded partnerships)
Competitor Analysis: Regularly review the competitors in the marketplace and report on the state of the market
Our client is looking for a candidate with extensive and demonstrable experience is Casino Product Marketing or similar, with a strong background in marketing campaign management and paid media channels. As the company is fast-growing globally, experience in working in a multi-vertical and multi-channel environment is required.
In-depth knowledge of the online gaming industry, tools, and gaming trends required
Knowledge and interest in online gaming, (casino games specifically would be an advantage)
Promotions/digital Marketing experience strongly preferred
Good soft skills, including collaboration, attention to detail and proven ability to work with multiple teams
Good understanding of UX and UI
This role is based in London, United Kingdom on a hybrid basis and will require the successful candidate to commute into the office 3 days a week. There are 2 ‘flexi’ days offered each month which makes the split around 50% in the office and 50% from home each month.
