Ensure that the casino portfolio is up to date and competitive,
Configuring, 360 testing and launching new games across multiple brands and multiple markets,
Liaising with game providers regarding exclusive and network campaigns, new games and general game information,
Assist the Casino Manager in devising bonus and communications plans that are simple, effective and manageable,
Collaborate with other operational teams and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement those that are approved, then measure the results,
Propose and execute casino campaigns from idea generation, planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimization,
Manage and execute onsite, email, SMS and other channels used to push casino campaigns,
Segmentation of the database to optimize player retention strategies,
Ensuring that new promotions and features are communicated to the player base at all levels.
Min 1 year of experience in a similar position,
A solid experience in IGaming sector (at least 2 years),
Excellent knowledge of online casino customers,
Knowledge and experience in mass mailing,
Experience in creating and executing promotional plans, and monitoring their success,
Ability to manage vertically and laterally in a complex organization,
English - native or high-level command (both written and verbal),
Polish - native (nice to have).
