Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic candidate who excels as a BDE through a balance of building on past experiences and continuing to innovate in response to the ever-changing market and industry conditions, You will be driven to succeed in generating, nurturing and closing opportunities which will lead to uncapped commission and professional advancement.
Responsibilities will include working with lead channels to increase customer conversion rates, closing and working with clients to get them trading.

To achieve and exceed monthly and annual business sales targets as set by the company
Demonstrated success at networking, setting appointments, pipeline building, negotiation, and closing sales
To maximize revenue opportunities to ensure business is sufficiently profitable
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and build client loyalty
Accurately complete sales documentation which supports the sale of services that include quotations, proposals and tenders
To work and contribute within the broader sales team, creating and promoting ideas to assist colleagues in the achievement of set objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by confident presentation style
An ability to grasp new technologies, in addition to demonstrated interest in our business
An excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Experience
Successful track record of achieving with drive, ambition and the desire to succeed
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
Excellent organisational skills
Proven ability to multi task and prioritize under pressure
Affinity to both sales and technology
Willingness to travel
