We are currently seeking a dynamic, driven and ambitious Brand Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. We require someone who has strong B2B experience in the fintech or payments space and will have the responsibility to support and work alongside our Head of Marketing to help plan and implement marcom & PR initiatives across the business and across various stakeholder groups to reinforce engagement, positive brand positioning, and ensure lead generation.
You will be responsible for:
Content management such as managing and creating content for our social channels and website to achieve growth goals, targeting our core audience of Fintechs, banks and non-banks.
Identify, plan and manage a strong content driven program to help support lead generation, brand awareness, demonstrate our expertise and drive engagement through blogs, thought leadership, whitepapers and reports
Manage third parties such as designers, copywriters, video content creators
Keep up to date with new and emerging technologies and trends impacting our sector and business to deliver direction to content created
Build and deliver an industry leading events calendar, and manage logistics with events, exhibitions, trade shows
Analyse web traffic and analytics to identify key trends, targeting and messaging opportunities
Drive, manage and develop our webinars/workshops with third parties and partners
Build upon and manage our social media channels and ensure it aligns with the overall marketing and content and PR objectives
Help build the profile of our senior leadership team in the media and at industry events through appealing content, talk topics
Experience in general PR tasks such:
Drive a robust news pipeline inclusive of company news, client success stories in the media and on our social media channels
Create content for press releases, bylines, blogs and awards entries
Liaising with our clients for joint PR initiatives
Lead the PR and corporate communications, social media marketing and analyst relationship programs to build the brand globally
Develop and execute the earned media strategy and owned media
Pitching company profile and key spokespeople to the media,
Seek speaker opportunities that help raise the profile our team, capabilities and expertise
Leverage media relationships, cultivate new contacts within our sector and the media
Manage media enquiries and prepare leadership for any media briefings
Monitor PR Results on a monthly and quarterly basis
Proven working experience in marketing and/or PR minimum
Background and/or interest for fintech and/or payments sector
Demonstrate contribution to marcom initiatives that have contributed to the overall growth of the business
Demonstrate track record of writing and developing content such as blogs, press releases, award entry applications
Proven track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns in coordination with marketing objectives
Strong understand of the commercial drivers for our business and how marketing supports these
Ability to work autonomously and implement marcom/PR initiatives aligned with overall strategy
Experience in managing event programmes to deadline and any logistics required with third party suppliers
Strong understanding of web, SEO, social media, video and direct marketing channels
Confident approach in defining industry topics/issues and spotting trends that will give direction to tailored content
Experience with managing social media channels in B2B
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and across teams
Is innovative, creative, verbal and written communicator, high attention to details, proactive, and solution oriented
Knowledge in Adobe Indesign, photoshop, google analytics and using webinar platforms such as BrightTalk or WorkCast would be a plus
