B2B Account Manager
Reporting to the Head of Account Management, the selected person will be creating and maintaining customer accounts whilst regularly reporting KPI’s and status of accounts.
- Must have 1-2 years B2B Account Management experience or else B2C experience within a Casino Team.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in the English language. Any other language will be considered a plus.
- Must be willing and able to travel.
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision and on his/her own initiative.
- Comfortable with doing presentations and speaking to clients both face to face as well as over the phone.
- Client visits.
- Working as a team throughout the group and communicating with internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers.
- Responsible for a portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact.
- Create an awareness of the company products and brands.
- Driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions aimed for online gambling operators
