Our client is a major international online gambling company that specializes in Sportsbook, Casino and Poker, and are seeking a high-level leader for a key role within their acquisition business.
The role is Affiliate Programme Director
Lead a team of affiliate managers and oversee management of all partner accounts to continually grow revenue
Focus on growth of our primary market, which is the United States
Recognizing potential partners among clients
Set sales goals and work with affiliate management team in obtaining monthly and quarterly margin goals, as well as tracking and recording individual and team progress, wins and challenges.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates
Identify and analyze strategic partner accounts and areas of growth opportunity with affiliate managers on an individual and team basis.
Oversee affiliate management team communication to partner base surrounding offer pitches, company messaging, strategy, best offer assets and other daily communications to ensure each affiliate team member is communicating in a method and style that represents the company in a professional, polished, and informative manner.
Be actively involved in top partner accounts, working closely with affiliate management team to provide stellar service and value
Manage pipeline of new affiliate recruitment and re-activation of dormant accounts
Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner
Stay abreast of industry trends in the affiliate performance marketing space
Provide training on affiliate management as needed
Work with the affiliate team to launch new brands within the affiliate program
Actively explore new partnership opportunities, including potential opportunities for the Media team, strategic partnerships for the Social Media department and non-traditional Affiliate opportunities
