- Create acquisition plan based on research, market size, and audience availability, using tactics, and targeting that will reach the right user with the right message at the right time
- Develop, launch, and optimize ROI-driven landing pages across the digital landscape. This including display, mobile, paid search, affiliate, and other online marketing channels.
- Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from conceptualization, briefing and resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimization – on budget and on time.
- Conceptualize creative and hard-hitting landing pages towards meeting financial and acquisition targets.
- Constantly evaluate the landing pages you must test, learn and optimize approach in order to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Manage the budget spend and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall monthly targets.
- Follow and contribute to internal processes and strategies connected to: Lead generation and conversion and Player value.
- Design, build and deliver KPI reports as required by the business.
- Manage the Affiliate Management relationships as an additional acquisition channel.
- Work closely with the Retention, Operations, and Development teams to ensure that the acquisition journey is consistent, maximizing opportunity and consistent with the brand message.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends both within our industry and outside.
- Anything else as assigned by the Executive team.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years in acquisition marketing experience, with a track record of success across content, SEP, paid, social, influencer, email, referral, and affiliate marketing.
- Analytical + Creative, with a passion to develop and test new ways to profitably attract new clients.
- Ideally having acquisition & affiliate experience within the Indian iGaming market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
