We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven and proactive Affiliate Account Manager to join our growing team. The role is FULLY REMOTE.
As an Affiliate Account Manager - Turkey, you will be a key player by assisting the Head of the Department in all acquisition and retention activities across all channels, by forging lasting relationships with Affiliates, which will result in bottom-line growth in retained value for our clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Creating and nurturing key casino affiliate relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth.

Finding new Affiliates and Partners that can drive incremental volumes of profitable users, including content affiliates, social media affiliates, streamers, etc.

Delivering campaigns to the company’s Affiliates to meet the requirements of a given deal.

Creating and managing affiliate communications.
-
Ensuring the Affiliate Program meets all regulatory requirements.

Affiliate compliance checks.
-
Monitor the competitive landscape to constantly identify new opportunities.

Work closely with the creative team to help test new banners.
-
Ensure creative assets are scheduled and provided to Affiliates.

Pulling reports through the affiliate software system to help guide resolution.

Represent the brand at affiliate conferences or personal meetings with Affiliates and Partners.

Ad hoc tasks requested by management.
WHAT YOU’LL ESSENTIALLY NEED:

At least 1 year of experience working in affiliate digital marketing.

Strong customer experience and product vision.
-
Effective sales and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the Sportsbook & Casino industry and major competitors.

Experience working in a complex/dynamic fast-paced environment is essential.

Analytic minded.

Excellent work/team ethics.

Fluent in English and Turkish
-
Experience in the Turkish betting market essential.
