You will be responsible for: 

  • End-customer-focused marketing with major international clients to plan and introduce customer acquisition and revenue generating promotional campaigns specifically designed for regional needs (e.g. promotional campaigns such as tournaments, giveaways, contests, etc.)
  • Partner marketing and supporting the company's core customers with the main goal to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
  • Presentation, negotiation & conclusion of promotional activities.
  • Ongoing implementation + support of communication measures within the framework of cooperation in close collaboration with internal sales & customer marketing department.
  • Regular performance measurement, reporting and analysis of actions.
  • Constant market evaluation and data analysis of competitor campaigns.
  • Conducting high-quality research of target audiences and planning advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluation of the look and feel of websites used in campaigns or layouts, which are sketches or plans for an advertisement.
  • Initiating market research studies and analyzing their findings to understand customer and market specifics.
  • Creating and distributing marketing copy to advertise our company and products.
  • Monitoring markets trends, campaigns result to ensure our content is top-notch.

 

Required experience:

 

  • Proven 3+ years’ experience in customer-facing role (commercial/sales/account management).
  • Marketing knowledge and experience in planning 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic thinking coupled with pragmatic implementation and creativity.
  • International experience and positive access to people, other cultures, and tasks.
  • Strong customer/partner focus.
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry, preferably live dealer.
  • Professional-level fluency in English (written and verbal); any additional language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of all globally utilized business management software, MS Office.
  • Experience and knowledge of Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & InDesign) is a huge plus.
