ACQUISITION MANAGER

The ideal candidate is a self-starter that has experience working as an “Acquisition Manager” within a pro-active environment, eager to take initiative, bring ideas to the team and drive the KPIs required for success. Must be completely fluent in English (native speaker written standard) and target market language (if not English) and have suitable experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop online marketing plans and strategies including promotions and online events
  • Execute marketing campaigns with full A/B/X testing of messages, creative and landing pages
  • Manage and refine conversion optimisation strategies
  • Oversee online affiliate programs and its affiliates
  • Manage advanced PPC and Online Media strategies
  • Maintain brand and website consistencies
  • Develop and lead a digital acquisition marketing team as part of wider marketing department
  • Be involved in recruitment, staff appraisals and development
  • Report to Mission Director and other internal stakeholders suitable feedback
  • Have an advanced understanding and keen interest in SEO

EXPERIENCE

  • Ideally a degree in online marketing, digital media or similar
  • 7+ years suitable experience in online marketing/business development
  • Excellent online marketing experience in Digital acquisition SEO, PPC, CPC & CPM
  • Direct advertising and sponsorship deals
  • Conversion Optimization and A/B Testing
  • Performance Marketing and Campaign optimization
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and KPI reporting
  • Have good knowledge of online media formats and an understanding of HTML
  • Working with complex customer account management platforms

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Need to be able to set briefs with appropriate feedback given within set timelines
  • Be able to deliver precise and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Be able to pick-up quickly new industries, tools, online CRM and marketing platforms
  • Be familiar with advanced data filtering and customer segmentation
  • Needs to be self-starter, reliable and highly motivated
  • Ensure an accurate and careful approach to all tasks
  • Be highly organized, working methodically and transparently
