Based in Malta and reporting to a professional, supportive and fun loving line manager. You will be the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients. You will be tasked with building long-term and trusting relationships and managing clients and ensuring the overall growth of the dedicated accounts allocated to you. You will analyse, anticipate and prioritise client’s needs and requirements both at internal and external levels. You will be required to cross-sell and upsell and on occasion participate in trade shows, sales meetings and other events overseas.
Ideally, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience within the iGaming industry in a Sales Role/Client Facing Role (Account Manager, Business Dev, VIP Manager). You will possess good relationship building, communication skills and an analytical mind & excellent numerical skills, so you can quickly understand the demands and technical issues that your clients have. You are organised and have a keen sense of priorities and detail.
