Jennifer Salas has spent the last 12 years of her career focused on talent sourcing, development and
retention strategies in both corporate and agency settings. She began her recruitment career in 2007
joining a boutique agency where she focused purely on technical talent recruitment and partnered
with Las Vegas’ largest casino operators as well as gaming start-up organizations to identify and source
sought after talent suited for roles in software development, quality assurance and IT Infrastructure.
In 2012 Jennifer joined one of the largest casino operators in the country as the Talent Acquisition
Manager, leading external recruitment programs as well as internal development and mobility programs
for high performers. She also led the implementation of the company’s enterprise applicant tracking
system and referral programs.
Bringing all of her experience together, she joins Pentasia as a Sr. Technical Recruiter focussing
on partnered relationships in the digital gaming and sports industries and specializing in identifying talent
for Technical Product Management, Data and high level operations roles.
