Having thoroughly enjoyed a 5 year career in Agency Recruitment and a passion for the industry that certainly hadn't dwindled I considered a move into Talent Acquisition and a role allowed me to really see and feel the positive impact was having on the business.
Since joining the group in April last year I have been supporting all areas of the Business with it's recruitment and growth requirements as well as Implementing a structured development program for our New starters within the Recruitment teams.
