Covid-19: Our Commitment To Employers And Candidates

17 March 2020

Pentasia Covid19 (002)

Pentasia is committed to delivering high quality services for employers and candidates. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we are adapting our operations to ensure continuity, as well as offering additional assistance for those whose plans are evolving.

Highest priority will, of course, be placed on ensuring the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and candidates. A number of our teams are already working from home, and we are well prepared to continue operations on this basis.

Remote Hiring: 100% Online Interviews

The good news for employers and candidates alike is that ‘remote-only’ interview processes are nothing new. In fact, we’ve already run countless processes where employers and candidates don’t meet face to face.

Until now, video conference interviewing has been prevalent for tech roles, or where long-distance relocation is involved. As we enter a potentially-extended period of widespread remote working though, this will certainly become more commonplace.

Pentasia has extensive experience running online interview processes – both for ourselves and our clients – and we will be happy to provide advice for candidates and clients on how best to approach these.
