Pentasia is the online gaming industry’s most established and largest staffing solutions consultancy. Established in 2001, the company has built an international network of fully incorporated offices spread across 6 countries and now employs a team of over 50 staff. Today the company operates in every major gaming jurisdiction and possesses a client portfolio that ranges from niche industry suppliers through to the industry’s blue chip giants.

In order to build upon our continuing success we require a number of driven individuals to join our UK operational headquarters in Redhill, Surrey. Responsibilities:

• Manage and assess new candidate registrations
• Search proactively for candidates with potential by using a number of media including job boards and networking site
• Analyse and match client requirements with suitable candidates
• Build close and long-lasting relationships with candidates by providing excellent customer service
• Network with candidates to obtain new names, client information and sales leads
• Ensure that the company recruitment database is kept up to date and complete at all times.
• Provide line manager with relevant data for performance monitoring as required

Additional responsibilities upon passing probation

• Agree monthly sales targets with the Line Manager and ensure they are met,
• In conjunction with Line Manager, manage a portfolio of clients
• Ensure that Pentasia is made aware of any client requirements in a timely manner
• Make interview arrangements
• Negotiate offers and successfully place candidates
• Build close and long-lasting relationships with client by providing excellent customer service

Required Attributes:

• The holder of an undergraduate degree graded at 2:2 or higher
• Commercially minded and ambitious
• Naturally bright, tenacious and imaginative
• Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with and motivated by a competitive, target-driven environment
