Description

Our client one of the most successful iGaming Operators in Europe are looking to hire a Regulator Licensing Manager. Someone to be the main point of contact with the regulator and within the company for any questions and issues relating to the acquisition, maintenance and relinquishment of gambling licences   

Responsibilities will include:

  • Governance: Developing and maintaining an internal licensing framework for individuals and legal entities and ensuring the secure processing and storage of sensitive commercial and personal information.
  • Implementation of Policies & Procedures: Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Regulatory Licensing section and advising key business areas as a subject matter expert; ensuring licensing requirements are taken into consideration for new projects.
  • Analysis: Keeping abreast of changes to licensing fees and frameworks, and responding to applicable consultation papers where necessary.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying innovative solutions to compliance issues and socialise these potential solutions within their company for possible improvement prior to discussing with external parties.
  • Other: Any other Compliance tasks assigned to you by line management.

  • Proficiency in one or more other language.

Essential:

  • At least degree qualified in a business or management subject.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of seniority
  • Experience in working with regulatory bodies or senior public sector representatives.
  • Extensive experience of liaison with senior company staff.
  • Experience with gambling products, gambling companies or regulators. 

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of managing a small team
  • Experience with remote gambling companies or regulatory bodies.
  • Qualifications in Compliance.
