The role:
The requirement is for a Business Development person to take responsibility for defining a full online payment processing strategy, implementing and managing it. The role will be an independent role but will involve working with the payments and risk group and the outsourced provider of Payment Processing. The main customer base in US based and thus knowledge of US processing is key.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop a solid on-line payment solution strategy
- Keep updated and make sure that the business is aware of any up-coming changes and development in the areas of risk and fraud plus payment solutions.
- Compare solutions which are available with the competitors and highlight gaps and areas of improvement needed.
- Identifying, evaluating, integrating and developing payment solutions
- Negotiating with third party payment providers.
- Agreeing contracts and terms with third party payment providers
- Roll out new mechanisms from inception to implementation
- Responsible for Ecommerce and Risk Management on all product offerings within the Company and its clients’ portfolios, including casino, sports book and affiliate products
- Ensure all Money-in and Money-out mechanisms are optimized
- Liaise with all Departments, both internal and external to ensure business is operating at full capacity
- Evaluate and recommend effective risk profiles for new funding mechanisms
- Conduct trends-analysis to identify patterns to combat fraud and ensure balance between fraud reduction and ensuring that genuine transactions are not hindered
- Work closely with client payments team, Providers, Finance and Player Services to develop fraud prevention tools and understand fraudulent activity
- Ensure the player experience is the best it could possibly be.
- Player query management. Help Resolve difficult player queries via telephone call
- Manage relations with key partners and service providers
- Work closely with other Department Heads across functional areas, such as Marketing, Finance, Player Services, Wagering and Information Technology to ensure solutions meet the needs of the business and are understood by all
The applicant:
- Degree educated
- Minimum 6 Years experience in the Online Gaming Industry (with Fraud, Risk and Payment roles)
- Previous Man-management experience
- Excellent communication skills (multilingual preferably – Spanish)
- Strong knowledge of online payment processing technologies and systems and their related risks, fraud detection and prevention methods in the online gaming space
- Proven relationships with third party payment providers
