Role:
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading online gaming operator, allowing the successful candidate to develop their career within affiliates.  This role sits within the Acquisition Team and responsible for assisting the Sports Affiliate Manager in running the affiliate program across the sports product.

The role will include developing and implementing the current Sports affiliate strategy and assist in meeting the key objectives of the Sports Affiliate team.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Administration:

• Management of low and mid tier affiliates
• Recruitment of new affiliates and identifying new opportunities for growth
• Banner management of all sports creative in the affiliate programme
• Management of the creative design process to accommodate customer requests for affiliates
• Management of sports affiliate inbox and general enquiries
• Management of sports affiliate free bets and monthly promotion plan
• Manage communicative of promotional activity internally and externally
• Overseeing creation, distribution and management of all promotional support material
• Processing of all external payments and invoicing
• Work closely with centralised affiliate functions based in the UK 

External:

• Liaising with account managers at all affiliate networks and agencies that are used to support sports
• Promotion of the affiliate programme at live events and conferences 

Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitoring weekly and monthly performance reports for all sports affiliate activity
• Analysis of marketing effectiveness and performance of all sports affiliates, producing a weekly/monthly report highlighting the live activities and their relevant successes
• Analysis and performance of all affiliate free bets and promotions
• Analysis of effectiveness and performance of all creative
• Providing updates to key management personnel 

Development:

• Developing and maintaining good relationships with all affiliates, agencies, networks, central affiliates team and international country managers
• Assisting in the development of the affiliate program and overall affiliate strategy 

Experience and Qualifications Required: 

• Experience working within a large organisation
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet
• Educated to Degree level
• Passion for sports
• Basic HTML knowledge is preferred
• Previous experience working for a recognised online gaming/betting operator is preferred
