Description

 

Our client, a market leader within the online gaming industry is seeking a talented Affiliate Marketing Executive to join their team based in Dublin. This position sits within the marketing ops team who are responsible for PPC, SEO, ad delivery and affiliate networks for the entire brand. A willingness to travel overseas and work flexible hours including weekends is essential.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Research, recruit and activate new affiliates
  • Build relationships and maximise performance from existing affiliates
  • Answer day to day affiliate enquiries
  • Plan and execute affiliate marketing promotions
  • Plan and specify new affiliate marketing collateral
  • Negotiate deals, promotions and incentives with affiliates ensuring company KPIs are met
  • Daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting of all KPIs by affiliate
  • Coordinate and manage all bulk emails to affiliates including newsletters and special promotions
  • Manage and maintain up to date affiliate mailing lists
  • Research and develop new marketing methods and promotions
  • Maintain banner schedules and commission new banners for upcoming events using Connextra, Commission Junction, Trade Doubler, in house affiliate management system
  • Ensure all affiliates have up to date creative’s on their websites
  • Set up and approve new affiliates on Commission Junction, Trade Doubler etc
  • Various ad-hoc online marketing projects as and when they occur

 Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Highly computer literate with a detailed understanding and proven experience within all aspects of internet marketing
  • Excellent MS Office Skills – particularly Excel
  • Proven ability in using initiative and making decisions within tight deadlines
  • Target and goal orientated individual with an ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent ability to work well within a small team environment
  • Must have an innate marketing and entrepreneurial flair
  • Excellent ability to successfully see a deal through from start to finish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative conceptualisation abilities
  • Superior negotiating and influencing skills
