The Company:
Our client is a leading European gaming and betting company, with headquarters in Great Britain. Their businesses include a number of established brands in gaming and leisure.

 

Reporting into the Head of Business Information and Customer Insight, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing Data Insights to the business with a focus on our clients Casino and Poker brands.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for analysing customer behaviour and transactional trends associations.
  • Responsible for producing regular reports for various internal stakeholders.
  • Working across the business (mainly Marketing and Gaming) by producing a variety of statistics as instructed, required or under initiative.  

Key Skills: 

  • Strong Analytical skills
  • SQL Experience
  • Experience in collating, manipulation, analysing & presentation of data in a clear manner
  • Experience in manipulating large datasets
  • Provide timely answers to ad-hoc information requests (can be across the company’s products, campaigns and customers).
  • Manage and deliver these projects to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential

  • Maths/Stats or related field undergraduate degree
  • Computer Literate (Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • One or two years of experience within a business environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into headline points for key players 

Desirable

  • A knowledge of online gambling and gaming products
  • SAS experience
  • Knowledge of statistical modelling
  • Experience of using Qlikview/Speedtrap/Hitwise/Smartfocus  

Personal Qualities: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and the ability to solve problems
  • Highly motivated to succeed in a fast moving environment.
  • Plan work systematically and prioritise as required.
  • Ability to maintain effective work performance while under pressure.
  • Strong team player
  • Must have the ability to set priorities and manage tasks in order to meet deadlines.
