Description

Our client are global leaders in gaming technology. Their Asia Pacific business has grown rapidly and thus an HR Director is required to strengthen the team. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff
• Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire Company
• Directs recruitment processes, staffing, and employee relations
• Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff; encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff
• Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition
• Selects and supervises Human Resources consultants, attorneys, and training specialists, and coordinates company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, and other outside sources
• Establishes departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the Company’s strategic goals
• Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments

Requirements:

• Master's degree and/or SPHR certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent experience
• Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
• Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides Company leadership and direction
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment; must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping 

Candidates with Asia Pacific experience are preferred.
