International client is looking for VIP and Mobile Game Customer Support candidates to provide superior service for their mobile and web products! 

Responsibilities:

These Customer Support candidates will be answering inquiries via in-game chat and e-mail regarding the player experience for their Facebook, iOS, and Android products. This candidate must possess excellent interpersonal communications skills (especially reading and written), and being able to multi-task multiple priorities at any given time. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service, QA, or VIP experience for mobile and web games
  • Bilingual in Chinese/English is a definite plus
  • Any report building and experience with Zendesk is a plus!
