The aim for this role is to help improve and develop our clients web portfolios UX and conversion rates. This will include creating both the UX and Conversion strategy & leading improvements in both areas, via collaboration with the design, development and SEO/SEM teams. The successful candidate will monitor and analyse current portfolio performance, translating the observations into deliverables and improvements of the UX / Conversion.
