Our client is currently looking to hire a Swedish speaking Campaign Coordinator that will be working closely with the Brand Account Manager assisting from the setting up of campaigns, seeing them through and following up.
You will have an eye for detail and seek improvements to increase efficiency for campaign set ups and execution within the team. Working in a busy environment gets you going and you would like to take on a new challenge! Learning the ins and outs of how the Brand Account Manager work, will assist them and they’ll also be able to go on holiday once in a while.
As part of the role you will:
- Configure campaigns according to needs of Brand Account Manager
- Content writing and keeping the site up to date
- Setting up Bonuses
- Executing send outs (Newsletters and SMS)
- Constantly improve the flow and suggest improvements
- Manage back offices
- Follow up on executed campaigns and present the results on weekly/monthly basis to relevant stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties which will most likely spring up!
You are of course fluent in verbal and written Swedish, otherwise you wouldn't be able to carry out the role :) and can understand Norwegian too.
In your last work experience, studies or freelance work you got experience in copy writing and can easily adapt to the Folkeautomaten style of writing. You have an eye for detail and a passion for our services and our customers. This is even more possible as you have a passion for and good knowledge of sports and casino.
Through your positive and proactive attitude you have the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company expectations.
Displaying a "can do" attitude even in demanding situations and when dealing with customer data base systems. Of course excel is your friend too and you have strong analytic skills and experience in segmenting data, understanding and presenting them easily.
Your organised and good planning skills makes these tasks manageable under your hands. Social media is a great way to engage with our customers and you are keen to use this to reach out to customers. Having said that you are the kind of person who enjoys team work and likes to participate on team events.
