State of the art games developer, manufacturer and distributor is looking for a strong “A” player to lead Sales and Marketing for the company, based in Las Vegas, NV. This role provides leadership and coordination of all company sales and marketing functions as well as strategy.
This position reports directly into the CEO.
About this opportunity
Our client is an international provider of innovative proprietary table games, state-of-the-art electronic wagering platforms and enhanced bonusing systems. Their clients include land-based, cruise ships and online casinos worldwide. The company is looking to find a strong sales and marketing leader to add to the team in Las Vegas.
You, as the candidate, will provide leadership and strategy to both sales and marketing by directing and overseeing processes, methodologies and budgets. You will also be heading up the development and management of critical accounts for the company.
Your qualifications and experience
7+ years’ experience in sales and account management with 2+ years in sales operations leadership, including setting revenue targets and budgeting.
5+ years of marketing experience specifically setting strategies, ad campaigns and PR.
Strong motivational and leadership experience with a knack for driving high quality work under tight deadlines.
Gaming experience is a plus.
Master’s Degree is highly desirable.
