Sportsbook Marketing Manager

 

An exciting opportunity has opened to launch a new Sportsbook. You will be immersed in every aspect of the business with the opportunity to bring your vision to life and drive this upcoming business to the next level, through the combination of your passion for sport, customer experience and cutting edge marketing techniques

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Increasing player activity and spend, defining the best way to present content, price, offers & experience
  • Assist in preparation, delivery & execution of the Sportsbook strategy
  • Plan & deliver end to end Sportsbook marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Oversee the briefing and production of all Sportsbook campaigns across TV, radio, press, digital display and VOD
  • Working closely with 3rd party partners (eg. Oddschecker, The Racing Post , PR & Marketing Agency) to optimise the relationships and drive value from shared activities
  • Lead sportsbook CRM & segmentation, Real Time, Push & Social Media Communications
  • Managing all spend in the marketing budget versus the sportsbook calendar
  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly trading & analytics reports
  • Liaising with Trading, Product, Marketing & Customer Service

 

 

Candidate Qualities:

  • Ideally, hold a Marketing qualification
  • Proven Campaign Management experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full marketing mix and digital marketing channels
  • An excellent knowledge in both sports and sports betting  
  • Understanding of the sportsbook customer needs & experience
  • Experience in P&L management, sports trading, marketing & data analysis
  • An exceptional eye for detail and excellent written skills
  • Must be competent with content management packages
  • Able to present high level reporting & solutions to all levels of management
