An excellent Payment provider within iGaming is looking for a senior B2B support agent. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, vibrant and professional team with clear goals for the continued expansion of the business.
The scope of the Support role is to make sure that all merchants get a fast and friendly answer to all their questions and that our day-to-day co-operation is running as smoothly as possible.
This person will be involved in the entire life cycle of a merchant, liaising with the Account Management team to ensure the smooth and successful on-boarding of new clients. To be able to coup with our Merchants and always have a solution in place the Support Agent also needs to work closely with our Tech and Operations team. Communication skills, both internally and externally, are key for this role!
Experience in payments and customer interaction, preferably from a merchant or payment provider
Native English speaker, additional European languages is qualifying
Analytic and problem-solving skills
Good level of IT, including the proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
Relevant degree or applicable work experience
