Exciting opportunity to join an established business providing White Label Casino on an associated B2B platform within the business.

You will lead all partner relationships and manage integrations

Responsibilities

  • Proven account management ability with clear evidence of delivering against performance targets in a B2B commercial environment. Online Casino experience is essential.
  • Ability to create long lasting relationships and deliver a high standard of partner service.
  • Proactive and able to think on your feet. Make sensible decisions that are followed through to completion.
  • Must be an experienced and confident relationship builder, with the ability to successfully upsell products and services to new and existing B2B partners.
  • Ability to lead the integration, managing multiple projects that contribute to our strategic objectives, each at different stages of the lifecycle.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks and issues, dependencies and threats - devise and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively monitor the overall progress of the project, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Teams and Stakeholders to resolve impediments.

Essential Skills

  • Highly developed Account Manager with strong Project Management experience gained within an online Casino environment.
  • Possess high levels of self-motivation and confidence in dealing with complex situations.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work.
  • Excellent oral and written communications.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of project lifecycle, artefacts, techniques and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritise workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for actions and decisions.
  • Good experience of stakeholder influence and management.
