A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing casino operation as a Retention Manager. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, analysing and optimising all CRM activities. You will personalise offers based on the preferences of players analysing conversion rates and campaign success.
You will have experience in retention management and be passionate that personalised messages and audience segmentation is a fundamental in communication. You will be fluent in English and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
