Digital Recruitment Consultant – Contracts
Multi-national, 15 years est. digital recruitment agency, Pentasia, seeks an experienced recruiter with leadership potential to grow a high-demand contract desk.
Pentasia made its name – and over 3,500 placements – in the booming iGaming (online gambling) industry. We’re still the world’s leading iGaming recruiter, but now also serve a much wider digital client base supplying eCommerce, Finance, Software and Tech roles with world-class talent.
Now, there’s a significant opportunity for us to grow beyond permanent roles (currently 90% of our activity is focused on filling permanent positions) – to fill the specialist contract positions our clients are actively hiring. Contract recruitment is a key part of our 2017-18 strategic growth plans.
Our expectations for the role:
High client demand, already proven by multiple project requests and reports of under-performing non-specialist competitor agencies.
Focus on supplying key digital skills on contract basis: educating clients in market trends such as remote working and team hires.
Building strong candidate relationships – a pool of talent to create long-term value for the contract desk.
The successful candidate would be the first full-time employee to focus exclusively on growing a digital contract desk. This means: you choose the roles; you choose the clients (our existing rostra and beyond); you set the margins.
Eventually, you’ll also help build a team and grow the desk. Leadership qualities are, therefore, highly desired.
